A six-month cohort beginning May 2026 for non-profit & ministry leaders who “sit in the middle” and want practical, applied growth.

Ideal Participants

This cohort is designed for leaders who:

  • Have been entrusted with real responsibility, but growth often gets pushed behind urgency.

  • Shepherd people, while carrying expectations from above, often in the tension between vision and reality.

  • Desire practical tools, trusted peers, and space to lead faithfully and effectively.

  • Engaging conflict and accountability conversations with clarity and integrity

  • Making wise, timely decisions in seasons of uncertainty

  • Shepherding and developing the people entrusted to your leadership

  • Navigating organizational dynamics with discernment and wisdom

Commitment Expectations

Participants commit to:

  • Attending the 8 live sessions

  • Meeting with their peer group between sessions

  • Applying stretch assignments in their leadership context

  • Engaging honestly with the cohort

Facilitator: Jordan Jones

Jordan brings nearly two decades of ministry experience, most recently as Leadership Development Director at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN. He holds a Master’s in Leadership Development from Vanderbilt University and focuses on helping leaders grow in ways that honor both calling and context.
