President & Owner

What sets Susan apart is her keen observational approach combined with her ability to communicate with both grace and candor. She leverages her strengths in problem-solving, communication, people development, initiative activation, and strategic thinking to craft tailored solutions for her clients. With a diverse background, Susan has led a leadership development organization, directed operations for a nonprofit, established a marketing department, run a communications business, and managed a call center for a market research firm. Her true passion lies in coaching, facilitating, and teaching, having guided leaders, teams, and individuals across sectors such as technology, logistics, banking, real estate, healthcare, education, and nonprofit.

Jordan Jones, M.Ed.

Leadership Development Trainer and Coach, OD Specialist

With a warm and practical approach, Jordan brings clarity, structure, and insight to the teams he serves. He specializes in helping organizations build leadership pipelines, define and activate core values, and train supervisors and managers to lead with confidence and emotional intelligence. Jordan draws from his strengths in communication, systems thinking, and facilitation to design development experiences that stick: from executive coaching and team workshops to scalable training programs.

Before joining Rozzi & Associates, Jordan served for six years as the Leadership Development Director of a large multi-site nonprofit in Indianapolis, where he launched staff-wide training systems, created and led internship and residency programs, and coached leaders at every level. His background also includes experience in the insurance industry and over a decade of work in leadership training and organizational development. Whether he’s helping a team clarify their culture or training a group of new managers, Jordan is motivated by a deep belief in the potential of people and the power of intentional development.

Brent Whetstine

Brent is passionate about helping organizations build alignment that begins with mission and flows through every level of the organization, supported by a healthy culture where people can thrive. At the core of his work is a deep belief that when individuals understand their unique temperament and wiring, they are better equipped to perform at their best as employees, leaders, family members, and people.

Prior to joining Rozzi & Associates, Brent spent over 20 years in church ministry, including more than 17 years at a large, multi-site church. During that time, he helped design and lead sustainable people and technical systems that supported rapid organizational growth, expanding from one site to six and from 3,500 to more than 10,000 attendees in just over seven years. His experience blends culture-building, systems thinking, and leadership development in complex, growing organizations.

Brent’s Credentials:

  • Certified in MBTI® Type I and Type II

  • Three-year student of the International Coaching Federation (ICF certification forthcoming)

  • Bachelor’s degree, double major in Bible and Ministry – KCU

Emily is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences by managing the details behind the scenes.

Emily Morris

Emily supports the clients and team of Rozzi & Associates by ensuring a thoughtful, organized, and welcoming experience at every stage of engagement. With a background spanning retail leadership, education, nonprofit administration, and community involvement, she brings a deep commitment to service and follow-through.

Prior to joining Rozzi & Associates, Emily worked as the Administrative Assistant for Leadership Hendricks County, where she partnered closely with Susan in supporting programs and operations. Known for her positive attitude, attention to detail, and love of working behind the scenes, Emily excels at coordinating logistics, managing communication, and keeping the many moving parts of our organization running smoothly!
