LEADING FROM THE MIDDLE COHORT
A six-month cohort beginning mid-September 2026 for leaders who “sit in the middle” and want practical, applied growth.
What Makes this Different
Small cohort (10-12 leaders)
Peer coaching groups of 4 between sessions
Short, focused virtual sessions (90 minutes) built for busy schedules (occur every 3 weeks)
Leadership formation rooted in self-awareness, integrity and practical application

Investment: $1,250 ($1,000 for each additional participant from an organization; max 3)

This cohort is designed for leaders who:
Have been entrusted with real responsibility, but growth often gets pushed behind urgency.
Lead and support people while carrying expectations from above, often in the tension between strategy and reality.

Commitment Expectations
Participants commit to:
Attending the 8 live sessions
Meeting with their peer group between sessions
Applying stretch assignments in their leadership context
Engaging honestly with the cohort
Facilitator: Jordan Jones
Jordan brings nearly two decades of leadership development experience, serving as Leadership Development Director at Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN most recently, before joining Rozzi & Associates last July. He holds a Master’s in Leadership Development from Vanderbilt University and focuses on helping leaders grow in ways that are practical, sustainable, and aligned with the realities of their role and context.
