EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE INSIGHT

Fortunately, Emotional intelligence (EQ) is not a static factor. One’s emotional intelligence can change over time and be developed in targeted areas. Understanding EQ can help enhance success on the job and in life.   

Rozzi and Associates helps individuals and organizations effectively assess EQ and use for employee development, team building, and coaching. We are certified in EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments, which can be used for individual contributors as well as c-suite leaders. We offer 1/2 day or full day workshops, with the following objectives:

  • Identify components of EQ and its impact in the workplace

  • Understand how high and low usage of EQ impact us

  • Identify common EQ derailers in performance

  • Apply and observe EQ strengths in role

REAL Colors Assessment

The Real Colors Assessment brings self awareness to individuals and teams by spotlighting the differences -- and similarities -- in people’s personalities and offering practical, proven steps for bridging the gaps.

The basis of this workshop is the Real Colors® Personality Type assessment: a user-friendly, intuitive tool that identifies four personality types in your teams. During the workshop, participants will:

  • Gain an understanding of the four personality types on the Real Colors spectrum

  • Discover where they fall as an individual on the spectrum

  • Learn to recognize characteristics of each of the four colors

  • Discuss each personality type's characteristics

Through the Real Colors workshop, participants will understand their personal communication and decision-making preferences and gain a new perspective on what is important to others.

MYERS-BRIGGS Type INDICATOR

The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types described by C. G. Jung understandable and useful in people's lives. The identification of basic preferences of each of the four dichotomies specified or implicit in Jung's theory.

  • Do you prefer to focus on the outer world or on your own inner world?

  • Do you prefer to focus on the basic information you take in or do you prefer to interpret and add meaning?

  • When making decisions, do you prefer to first look at logic and consistency or first look at the people and special circumstances?

  • In dealing with the outside world, do you prefer to get things decided or do you prefer to stay open to new information and options?
