Robert Meyers, CMF, BCC
Robert Meyers is a Leadership Development Coach with significant business experience helping individuals and organizations in the areas of career management, psychological assessment, career and ministry exploration, discipleship, transition, and retirement planning.
Robert’s well-rounded experience includes helping clients with organizational change and adaptation; management assessment and coaching; communications; and association management. He has provided consulting programs for companies in highly specialized industries, nonprofit organizations and professional associations. Industries he has worked with include: mining, telecommunications, utilities, health care, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and not-for-profit.
He has literally helped thousands of clients with leadership and career-related issues. Whether working with individuals in a one on one capacity or in a workshop setting, Robert’s focus is to encourage, guide, and develop people to maximize their abilities and potential. He has written a career transition manual, and ministry advising manual, and his advice has been published on a national career website.
He has a B.S. degree in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Robert is a certified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Strong Interest Inventory, and the Life Options Planning Report for Retirement Programs. He is a Board Certified Coach for the Center for Credentialing Education and has been given special designations in Executive, Corporate, Business, and Leadership coaching. He has earned the Career Management Fellow (CMF) designation from the Institute of Career Professionals International and is a Certified Retirement Coach. Additionally, he has attended the Institute for Organization Management.
Robert has worked for the Mountain View (CA) Chamber of Commerce, Sigma Theta Tau International, Spherion, and IMPACT Group. He is currently serving as Senior Associate for Rozzi and Associates.
Corporate and professional clients include: State Farm Insurance, Cummins, Carrier, Verizon, General Dynamics, Eaton, Eli Lilly, Kiwanis International, American Land Title Association, Mid America Clinical Labs, Veolia, Hewlett Packard, and Raytheon.
Robert has been active in numerous professional organizations, such as the Association for Psychological Type, California Chamber of Commerce Executives, Indiana Society of Association Executives, International Association of Business Communicators, Toastmasters International, and the Association of Career Professionals International.
He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife and two dogs. Robert is a long-term member of Traders Point Christian Church and is currently serving as a Life Group Leader. Other interests include photography, hiking, and traveling.
