I’m a planner by nature so I resonate with others who feel the same way. See how many of the famous people you can identify from their quotations. The answers are provided at the end of this post. No peeking!

Many people aren’t like me. They don’t enjoy planning. They’d rather embrace the serendipitous opportunities that they stumble upon, let down their hair, breathe easy, and enjoy the happenstance occasions of life. (Just writing that sentence gives me hives!) While spontenaity and whimsical avoidance of planning may work for some (or for people like me when they’re on vacation), there’s one area in which failing to plan is truly planning to fail.
